1. Cancellation Policy:

Please note that once an order is processed through our official website, it cannot be cancelled due to our streamlined order processing system. This efficient system allows us to ensure quick delivery of your items, expediting the overall fulfillment process.

However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes issues beyond our control may arise during transit. We are here to assist you if you receive a defective, damaged product or wrong item. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

2. Refund Policy:

At The Raven Queen, we value the satisfaction of our customers. If you receive a defective product due to an error on our part, we are happy to offer an exchange at no extra cost to you. We take full responsibility for any mistakes made during order fulfilment, and we will do our best to rectify the situation promptly. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the defective product to initiate the exchange process.

3. How to Request an Exchange:

To request an exchange for a defective product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via Email-  Support@theravenqueensara.com or send us whatsapp message at +916377944151 within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Or Leave a message on our Contact forum
  • Provide your order details and a clear description of the defect for verification.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions for returning the defective product, if necessary.
  • Once we receive the defective product, you will be given a special one time use code that you will use to place a new order for free of cost.
  • (Applicable only when you have received a damaged product and wish to exchange it)

4. Unavailability During Delivery

In the event that a customer is not available or unreachable during the attempted delivery of a prepaid order:

No Refund for Unavailability: If the customer is not available or unreachable during the delivery attempts, resulting in the return of the product to us, no refund will be issued as we have fulfilled our commitment to delivering the order.

Reshipment at Customer's Cost: If the customer wishes to have the product resent, they will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the re-delivery. This cost will be determined based on the shipping location.

Exception for Issues on Our or Courier's Side: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In cases where the issue lies with us or our courier partner, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost.

5. Please note the following important points for Exchange & Return:

– We reserve the right to determine the validity of the defect in the product.

– The defective product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials included.

– When returning or exchanging a product, please use the same box material for returning the product to our warehouse. This will ensure the product is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or returns without the original packing/box.

-Customers who wish to exchange or return their order are required to record a video of the packing process for verification purposes and contact us via email and WhatsApp. (information available on Contact Us Page)

-In case of any refund, the refund amount will be processed only after our team examines the returned product after it reaches us.

– The exchange process may take 5-7 business days to complete, depending on the availability of the replacement product and shipping duration.

–In case the courier fails to deliver or does not attempt the first delivery within 10 working days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from dispatch, we can help you with a full refund.
