Shipping Methods:

We offer a standard shipping method for all orders. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays)from the date of order placement. We work with multiple courier services, and our logistics partners currently are Ship Rocket, Xpressbees & Delhivery.

you will receive a link to track your order.


Shipping Locations:

We are pleased to serve customers all over India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time..


Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders valued at ₹500 or more.


Estimated time of delivery

Once we receive your order, we process it within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays).

Once dispatched, your package typically arrives within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays), depending on your Pincode.

Please note that deliveries to North-East India locations may take 7-9 business days after dispatch.

Occasionally, there may be a delay in the estimated delivery timeline of 1-3 days due to issues on the courier's end.

We partner with a logistics company, which means that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have limited access to expedite or modify the transportation method.

However, please rest assured that we will do everything possible from our side to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

In case the courier fails to deliver or does not attempt the first delivery within 10 working days (excluding holidays and Sundays) from dispatch, we can help you with a full refund.

Order Processing Time:

Orders at Raven Queen are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days from placing your order. Our business days are defined as Monday through Saturday. Please note that any holidays observed by us will not be counted as business days.

Order Tracking and Notifications:

For your convenience, we provide order tracking link to keep you informed about your shipment progress. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details via the email address you provided during the order placement.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support either through the email, WhatsApp , Instagram Dm for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Shipping Fees for Returns:

If you need to return a product, there will be no return fee you are required to pay in.


Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship products that are prohibited by law or pose safety concerns. For specific product packaging requirements, please refer to the product description.
